The Lone Ranger
The Lone Ranger- Volume One: Now and Forever (2007) published by Dynamite Entertainment collects issues 1-6 of The Lone Ranger. This series was written by Brett Matthews and drawn by Sergio Cariello.
In the early 1930s, long before Superman and Batman, there were the stories of The Lone Ranger and his partner native American Indian, Tonto. Fighting for justice in the lawless west, riding a white stallion named Silver, using silver bullets and yelling "Hi-yo, Silver!"
This mysterious gunfighter, created by George W. Trendle and Fran Striker lived on for decades through radio, television, movies, comic books and my imagination.
In this comic collection, the origins of The Lone Ranger is revealed. The artwork and coloring is superb, the story telling tight, and The Lone Ranger rides once again.
